Warranty

The upmost care has gone into crafting each piece, but I understand faults can occur and therefore your piece is covered for any manufacturing faults at no extra cost for up to 12 months from the purchase date. 

Manufacturing faults do not include: general wear and tear, damage from negligence and improper care, chipped/ cracked/ broken stones, broken/bent claws or misshapen rings. Please refer to the ‘caring for your jewellery’ section to ensure your jewellery is kept looking its finest.

All warranties are voided if any work is undertaken by another jeweller, including repairs & resizing. 

I recommend to my clients when purchasing jewellery of a significant monetary value to purchase Insurance. This gives you and I peace of mind in case the ring is ever lost, stolen or damaged.

At any time you feel there may be an issue with your jewellery do not hesitate to get into contact with me and we will take the matter from there.

Returns & Refunds 

Bespoke Jewellery is made to order. I work closely with you to understand what you would like to achieve from this project, show you a range of gemstones, diamonds, designs, sketches and offer advice to assist you with your purchase. Therefore, Bespoke Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days from the date it’s collected or received, provided: the item has not been worn, is in no way damaged and is returned with the original packaging. Please note if an item has been customised then it’s excluded from an exchange or refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is deemed faulty) and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you suspect your item has arrived with a fault, or not to your satisfaction, please email me within 2 working days of receiving it along with an explanation of the issue and photos. The photos will be assessed and if deemed faulty you’ll be asked to return the item to be repaired or replaced, free of charge. 

If you are uncertain about choosing the correct gift for a loved one, please contact me in advance to discuss whether an exchange is possible or alternatively a voucher could be issued.
